• An active checking account with at least $750 of income per month 

• 3 months of income history with your current source of income 

• Government-issued photo ID and an SSN or taxpayer identification number 

What payment methods can I use to make my lease renewal payments? 

There are various ways you can make your lease renewal payments:  

• ACH: This can automatically be processed from your bank account.

What are the payment options?
