Yes, most lease renewal payments can be automated through ACH, processing directly from your bank account. You can also set up automatic payments using a credit, debit, or prepaid card or make payments manually via the mobile app, online account, or over the phone. Cash payments may also be available at select retailers using Vanilla Direct Pay™.  You can withdraw your consent for automatic payments at any time by calling customer service at the number on our support page.

How do I keep track of my lease renewal payments?

Your lease renewal payment option is initially set based on your lease application and agreement details. However, if your circumstances change and you need to discuss adjusting your payment schedule, Acima Leasing’s customer support team is ready to assist. Remember, when requesting to change your schedule, reaching out at least three days before your payment processing due date is required to allow time for our team to find the best solution for you.

Can I pay off my lease early, and if so, what are the benefits? 

Yes, we offer two early purchase options. The first is available within the initial 90 days of your lease agreement (three months in California). This option allows you to take ownership earlier, with a discount based on the remaining lease renewal payments. After 90 days, the second option provides a discount, helping you take ownership sooner.  

It’s important to note that our early purchase options are not automatically assigned to your lease. Our customer support team can help you determine the available options and guide you through the process.  You may also cancel your lease at any time without penalty by calling customer service at the number on our support page.
