1. An active checking account with at least $750 of income per month 

2. 3 months of income history with your current source of income  

3. A government-issued photo ID and SSN or taxpayer identification number 

Your Lease Renewal Payments 

When considering lease-to-own, it’s important to understand how your lease renewal payments will work. At Acima Leasing, our process is streamlined to ensure it's as convenient as possible: 

• Approval Process: If you are approved for a lease, you will have 60 days before it expires, allowing you time to review your approval amount and agreement details. 

• Convenient Schedule: Your lease renewal payment schedule is set based on your application details to match your payday cycle seamlessly.  

Understanding Early Purchase Options 

• You can purchase the merchandise at any time after you receive it. Acima offers a 90 day (3 months in California) early purchase option, allowing for earlier ownership. After the 90 days (3 months in California), you can purchase the merchandise by paying a lump sum percentage amount of your remaining total lease amount at that time. You are not automatically enrolled in an early purchase option. To purchase early please call (801) 297-1982. If you no longer want the merchandise and want to cancel your lease, you can return it in good condition at any time without penalty.
